As the Finance Director for BDG, Mohammed's prime areas of responsibility are Risk Management, Compliance (Legal, HR, Finance) and Accounting integrity. As part of the WPP Group, BDG is required to be compliant with Sarbanes Oxley, Foreign and Corrupt Practices Act and the Bribery Act and Mohammed manages this framework within the business. Prior to joining BDG, Mohammed held a number of commercial finance roles within WPP Group and was also a Worldwide Controller for the Specialist Communications network in WPP focussing on the implementation of SOX compliant IT and Accounting processes.
