Following a successful and insightful pilot study, BDGworkfutures began working on the full workplace design for the Communities and Local Governments department.
The design has been informed by vital information gleaned from a strategic space analysis which illustrated that it was possible to accommodate all employees (over 2,300) at the one location, Eland House in Victoria, London. The shared facilities centre around the atrium space has injected life and dynamism into the building with a vibrant design.
Employees enjoy a range of work settings and styles, all of which are well used with overwhelmingly positive feedback from the end users.
