Rose Court

Rose Court, in a prominent position in the heart of London, has had no significant upgrade since 1989 and is now badly in need of modernistation. BDG’s design for the refurbishment replaces the existing cladding and with a new high-performance brick and glass façade system which will increase visibility and transparency of the building.

Internally the scheme will provide a high quality workplace throughout along with shared amenity spaces in the form of café, canteen, restaurant event space and business lounge. The shared areas are located at lower and upper storeys with new stair case connections to encourage movement and ease pressure on lifts.
