WPP is co-locating their Paris businesses into one location in the city as part of their business and real estate strategy. Their building choice is Europa, where they are taking 28,000 sqm for their 2,300 headcount.
The Europa site will undergo an extensive base build renovation by a developer team in collaboration with the WPP tenant design team to provide a building bespoke for the WPP Group companies’ occupation. The base build renovation includes new facade/core and floorplate modifications.
As with previous WPP co-location campus buildings, sustainability will be a key focus and the building is targeting a BREEAM rating of Excellent.
Mark Read, CEO of WPP, said:
“Our campus strategy is about creating fantastic, dynamic workspaces and social areas which inspire our people to do their best, most creative work. Providing world-class working environments encourages innovation, makes it easier for people to work together, and delivers the best integrated offer to our clients.”
The scheduled date for the companies to relocate there is end June 2021.
